5 FOODS TO AVOID BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

With your wedding events nearing, you wouldn’t want your body to start bloating and feeling puffy. Bloating makes your body swell either because of excess fluid or because of excess air. If your body starts to bloat, you might not fit in your dream wedding dress and that is where you start panicking.
To prevent yourself from bloating during the time of your wedding events, you should avoid the food items that cause bloating. By avoiding, we don’t mean that you completely stop eating. What we mean is to avoid the junk food and the food that makes you bloat.

1- BUBBLE GUM

When you are chewing a bubble gum, you automatically allow more air to enter inside your body which will make your body bloat. So avoid chewing bubble gum at least until your wedding events have ended.

2- CARBONATED DRINKS

Stop drinking your favourite carbonated drinks as they are harmful to your health and secondly, they will make your body bloat. And yes, even a single sip will do harm to your body, so try avoiding it completely.

3- DAIRY PRODUCTS

Dairy products are fattening in nature and they also tend to bloat your body. You should not go heavy on the milk and cheese items before your wedding events.

4- ONION AND GARLIC

Onions and garlic are basically carbs that cause one’s body to bloat. It can also cause stomach pain, diarrhoea or constipation. You should avoid eating onions and garlic since they will cause bloating and also because they can create a bad smell in your mouth.

5- JUNK FOOD

We all love eating pizza and burgers. But beware! All of these junk food items can cause your body to bloat. So stop eating all of your favourite junk food items at least a month before your wedding, so that you can control your weight better.
