Drinking water is equally significant as working out. To keep your mind and body full of life (being the bride you need it), keeping yourself hydrated is really important. Water brightens up your skin giving it a beautiful glow. Drink at least 10 ounces of water after waking up and 8 ounces before lunch. By the time you go to your bed make sure you drink enough water. 3. Keep an eye on what you eat
Brides usually ignore the little bites of food they keep taking throughout the wedding preparation period. From a sip of cola, while shopping to tasting the wedding main course, all these tiny bits keep piling up as mega calories, making you fat for your special day. 4. Walk and cycle
